Artist Statement
I am drawn to an image by the quality of light, the intensity of a shadow, or a simple gesture. A narrative painter, my work addresses the issues of interpersonal relationships, isolation, and family interaction.
My work is created in a series format. The title of each series provides
a common theme or idea which I am interested in exploring through my art.
